Lease Terms
We offer a lease term of 12 months. At the end of this lease term, the lease shall automatically continue on a month-to-month basis. Whenever a resident decides to vacate, the resident must submit a thirty (30) day written notice prior to vacating.
Pet Policy
We allow up to two pets per apartment with a combined weight limit of 100 pounds at full growth.
Unfortunately, some dog breeds do not thrive in a community environment. Therefore, we cannot accept the following breeds:
Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, Mastiff, Pincher, Pitbull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrids.
Also, Exotic or Farm Animals are not allowed in the apartment.
We require all vaccinations to be updated prior to acceptance.
Management reserves the right to restrict the admission of other breeds considered by management to unsuitable for admission in an apartment environment.
